I met the most amazing friend on this site and we do so much together, have a lot of fun with each other. we meet at great places , have brunch do dinner and drinks, have a Christmas Thieves party every year, we are planning a painting class next . never a dull moment with us

I actually have had much better luck with this site than other platonic apps/websites, i am really grateful to have met all of my close knit local friends from here,i am fairly active and still connecting with people on occasion. This site is really the one one that works.
I wasn’t very confident that I would meet a girlfriend when I got on this site. I not only met a girlfriend but she is the sister and daughter I never had. We have been getting together regularly and we have plans to travel when the covid is no longer causing restrictions. We both prayed to meet someone special and our prayer was answered. She is truly a blessing.
I have been using Girlfriend Social for 9 months and I absolutely love it. I enjoy meeting new people and gaining more friendships. It does takes time to develop friendships but it is really worth it in the end. This site is perfect for all women looking to make awesome friendship! I’ve only been on here for like.. less then a day? I’ve messages a good handful of people, just trying to put myself out there and cast a wide net of people who have similar enough interest. So far, 2 replies and I’m really hitting it off with both of them! It’s such a relief to make friends on a website without loads of people only messaging you to hook up.
I am new to GFS... but I feel very welcome here. It's hard to make friends in the rural community I live in, so I am giving this a try and i have had a few fun conversations so far. Excited to create lasting friends using this website!
I don't have a lot of confidence in going to meet new people and nowadays you can't just go up to someone and say 'Hi would you like to be friends and hang out?' you get strange looks, already I've had some great people to chat with, who we are already making plans to eventually meet. When I joined Girlfriends Social my whole life changed.
I made so many friends that I'm never at a loss when I wish to go out with company.
Yesterday I met up with a few ladies whom I've originally met on this site and meet regularly as well as a new lady. We even arranged to organize a 2 week trip together to Spain next year.
It's unbelievable.
I am so happy.
I have met a few friends on here that seem like life time friends! It’s easy to send a message and say hi , talk a while and meet up for drinks or food / hang out .

I was having a hard time making friends once all my college friends moved away and I had felt like I tried everything. I went out a lot, tried meet ups, etc. but nothing was sticking. I remember joking with my mom one day how I wished there was site like a dating website, but for meeting female friends. I decided to randomly google it and I found girlfriend social! It took some time (so don't give up!) but I finally met some ladies who clicked with me and we had so many of the same interests. One became one of my best friends and I remained close with my other girlfriends until they moved away. We still keep up with one another, but I'm so glad this site exists.
I did a web search on "platonic friendships" and this site was in the search engine.
I ended up meeting my best friend on here! We've been friends for almost a decade now! We are very close, almost like sisters! I couldn't have asked for someone better in my life than her.
I've come back here from time to time, but I've realized that a lot of the profiles are dead profiles because no one logs in anymore. Which is why I'm going to delete my account.
One life-long friend I've made here, and she is the best thing that has happened to me on here since I joined. I joined on here during a really rough patch in life, was not expecting anything to come of it. But we had both been on here at the right time, we were brought together for a reason. I couldn't have imagined that I'd meet someone who is exactly the same as me, but so drastically different from me. I couldn't imagine my life without my best friend/sister in it.
I met one of my bestfriends on this site years ago and I love her. We live down the street from each other, we travel together, and even have home work dates. I don’t know what I would do without her.
I was new to the state and knew not a single soul so I joined this site. I have met two people on here. The first one, we didn’t really mesh. But the second one I met in February has become my closest friend! We do a lot together. So it’s been great. I got back on here just a couple days ago after not being on in a really long time to maybe find a couple more friends. Great site!
I am delighted to share that I have been able to befriend a really nice person who has a lot in common with me. We are having so much fun sharing our life stories. We live too far away to meet but our pen pal relationship continues to grow each week. Don't give up. friendships here can happen.

I have been on Girlfriend social since February 2020 before the Covid pandemic started. This app helped me understand myself and what I really wanted. I have met the greatest girls that supported one another and build up from this deadly virus. I grew within myself and along with others. Thank you Girlfriend social.
I joined GFS a long time ago and met a handful of friends here. A few didn't work out however I cherish the ones who I've met here that are still in my life. Friendships take time to develop so if you are patient and willing then it will work.
