I love girlfriend social. I met 2 wonderful ladies on here and after 2 years they are really really close friends still..... Actually all 3 of us are friends. One actually became my roommate lol. Can't rave about this site enough! Good luck "friending".
I love this site..I am a little shy in person, and I usually put up a guard so people don’t really get to know me. This site pretty much breaks the ice for you. Can’t wait to meet some new friends :)
I don't have a lot of confidence in going to meet new people and nowadays you can't just go up to someone and say 'Hi would you like to be friends and hang out?' you get strange looks, already I've had some great people to chat with, who we are already making plans to eventually meet. I feel better than I did before and will be wonderful to meet some new people to socialise with other than with my partner! :) Thank you Girlfriend Social!
Interestingly it didn't take long at all for me to be matched with a super, kind warm hearted woman. We are such close friends now that thinking back to our first meeting ever feels like a lifetime ago. We get together with and without our SOs she lives just one city over from me that makes it easy to visit and when we can't see each other we text lots of love.
I have made made many acquaintances over the years but two GOOD, quality friends through GFsocial (the best kind). Thank you!!!
I joined GFS a long time ago and met a handful of friends here. A few didn't work out however I cherish the ones who I've met here that are still in my life. Friendships take time to develop so if you are patient and willing then it will work.
I joined this site a while back and I am now just getting back into it. It's great to see improvements and great new changes to the website.

I met a lovely lady from GFS more than a year ago and at first it was a slow start to find what exactly it was that we had in common and what would help us become long term friends. But through her eldest daughter (who is also a member of GFS) we became much closer friends and now meet up for meals and drinks and tons of laughter!! Over a year later, and i now concider her my bestie, she's always great at lifting me up when i feel blue and showing me that i am appreciated and liked. I'm very fortunate to have met such an A class special friend as her. Thank you GFS for helping to bring us together! x
I must say this is a great site to get to meet very nice ladies and I have had learning enlightening experiences. I met some wonderful people and had a great click with a local lady who is a wonderful friend and we have exchanged many texts and had some one on ones. We also exchanged Christmas cards and I am looking forward to our friendship growing. I hope to make many more wonderful friends here since everyone can always make more friends.
I also met a long distant texting pal who I enjoy "chatting" with.
I was having a hard time making friends once all my college friends moved away and I had felt like I tried everything. I went out a lot, tried meet ups, etc. but nothing was sticking. I remember joking with my mom one day how I wished there was site like a dating website, but for meeting female friends. I decided to randomly google it and I found girlfriend social! It took some time (so don't give up!) but I finally met some ladies who clicked with me and we had so many of the same interests. One became one of my best friends and I remained close with my other girlfriends until they moved away. We still keep up with one another, but I'm so glad this site exists.
I Have been on girlfriend social for about 5 years now. Im on every so often. I have net 3 ladies from this site and each has been a close friend for quite some time. 2 of them have moved away :( one didnt work out. Love this site. Would reccomend it to any lady looking for a new friend.
Just made an account and so far I’m enjoying it. I’ve already made a couple friends. It’s kinda hard to navigate through tbh without having to pay. I still really am enjoying the whole platform though thank you!
I'm so glad I joined GFS although some ladies do not response to your requests in the beginning. I stayed on the site and now meet up with three lovely ladies. We meet up a once a month for a coffee or a meal and now we all enjoy our new social life. It is nice to know you can text someone and they want to respond.
I actually have had much better luck with this site than other platonic apps/websites, i am really grateful to have met all of my close knit local friends from here,i am fairly active and still connecting with people on occasion. This site is really the one one that works.

I joined girlfriend social awhile ago cause I moved from my home state of New Jersey to Pennsylvania and I wanted to find some girlfriends to hang out with which I did and i keep in contact with a lot of the friends I made on here.....i found this site just by Google search and I miss having the chat feature....I still love this website

I have so far made 2 close friends off of this website. It definitely works!
I've used this site over the last three or four years and met ten people or so. Some of them didn't always fit as friends, but all were wonderful people. I have yet to meet someone whom I regretted meeting. Sadly, the best ones (two of them) moved out of state. I'm still looking, though! Definitely this site does its job.
I am delighted to share that I have been able to befriend a really nice person who has a lot in common with me. We are having so much fun sharing our life stories. We live too far away to meet but our pen pal relationship continues to grow each week. Don't give up. friendships here can happen.
When I joined Girlfriends Social my whole life changed.
I made so many friends that I'm never at a loss when I wish to go out with company.
Yesterday I met up with a few ladies whom I've originally met on this site and meet regularly as well as a new lady. We even arranged to organize a 2 week trip together to Spain next year.
It's unbelievable.
I am so happy.
GFS can be a great tool to meet a best friend or close circle of friends, if the individual ladies re will to put in the time and energy. I met my best friend here. We have been friends for a little over five years now and I would not change it for the world. I am looking forward to make maybe another close friend.
