The 2nd Annual Survivorship Social
Saturday., April 17th, 2010
330 Kent St. (same location as last year)
Ottawa, ON K2P 2A6
Join me for a night of dancing, silent auction from 7pm-11pm, hair cutting, 50/50 draws, door prizes and raffle tickets are being sold in advance for your chance to WIN SENS tickets: draw date March 21st/10.
1st prize is: 1st level SENS vs Florida (2) tickets for March 27...
2nd prize is: 2nd level SENS vs Florida (2) tickets for March 27...
(Draw date for these tickets will be March 20, 2010)
Advance tickets for entry are $10 and at the door is $13.00.
Ask me where you can pick them up.
Last years event was such a huge success, I'm looking forward to doing it all over again April 17th, 2010.
Once again, all your donations will be going to The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. (see information below.) Donations $25.00 and over will be mailed a tax receipt at the end of 2010. Please be sure that I (Brenda) have your full, correct mailing address.

Survivorship happens one victory at a time. Help us make the next one happen by supporting the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. Together we are increasing cancer survivorship in our community and ensuring that local residents have the best possible care close to home, shorter wait times for diagnosis and treatment, access to the latest research and new therapies and overall improved quality of life.
In 2010 the Cancer Foundation will begin the construction of Wellspring Ottawa – the region’s first centre for cancer survivorship. The facility will be build adjacent to the Cancer Foundation’s ‘Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Survivors Park’ at the corner of Industrial, Riverside and Alta Vista. Wellspring Ottawa will provide important psychosocial care for cancer patients and their families, with all programming offered free of charge.
