When I joined Girlfriends Social my whole life changed. I made so many friends that I'm never at a loss when I wish to go out with company. Yesterday I met up with a few ladies whom I've originally met on this site and meet regularly as well as a new lady. We even arranged to organize a 2 week trip together to Spain next year. It's unbelievable. I am so happy. 

I want to thank GFS for having an site where we can come together to discuss Love,family, problems and topics we have opinions on. I have met a few women and shared good times. All thanks to GFS!  

I’ve only been on here for like.. less then a day? I’ve messages a good handful of people, just trying to put myself out there and cast a wide net of people who have similar enough interest. So far, 2 replies and I’m really hitting it off with both of them! It’s such a relief to make friends on a website without loads of people only messaging you to hook up. 

I've been on other sites where many ladies wanted to meet or chat just with ladies and would request "ladies only" to respond but they were still bothered by men. Well, this site is the perfect solution to that as it concentrates only on ladies finding other ladies for friends. Too busy to meet up in person? This site is still a great place to hang out in the forums with other ladies. In person or for chat friends this is a great site for gals. 

I have only been on this site for a couple days n have met(chatted) with a couple really nice ladies, hopefully we can become really good friends and hangout someday, thank you!! 

I went to school for 7 years and was so busy with work and academics that I didn't make any friends post High School. So, I signed up for GFS. I didn't think I would meet anyone who was serious enough to build a friendship, but I was very wrong. Just after a few months on the site, I found two very good friends. I am very happy to have utilized this friend-making source! 

I was so very nervous about joining GFS but I am so glad I plucked up courage and took the plunge. I have had nothing but positive reactions from everyone I have chatted with and hope that I will make many new friends that will last a lifetime. 

I joined 4 years ago and found 3 of my best friends on this site. This is a great way for women to connect with each other:) 

The site is super easy to use and such a great way to meet new, like minded ladies!

I have been on gfs for 3 years and I made a very good friend here.been friends for 3 years now.Im a shy person but gfs has helped me come out of my shell to meet new friends.i would recommend the site to any ladies looking for genuine friendships. 

First off i am transgender and only about a year ago decided to quit worrying what others thought and be myself. So as a young child i did not get to have a group of girlfreinds or a girl bff. So having some other women to hang out with, text or whatever while just being me means more than i can say. It has been a dream to have that connection and trust and i have met two really great women on this site and i am thankful to girlfreind social for making it possible. :) Thank you!! <3  

I joined this site a while back and I am now just getting back into it. It's great to see improvements and great new changes to the website. This website is great for helping meet new people and break the ice! 

Been Here For 3 years and it good  

I actually got to know a girl sammy on here pretty well. shes an awesome person and i really like that this website is giving woman a place to make friends that doesnt feel like a stupid dating site!  

I've used this site over the last three or four years and met ten people or so. Some of them didn't always fit as friends, but all were wonderful people. I have yet to meet someone whom I regretted meeting. Sadly, the best ones (two of them) moved out of state. I'm still looking, though! Definitely this site does its job. 

I did a web search on "platonic friendships" and this site was in the search engine. I ended up meeting my best friend on here! We've been friends for almost a decade now! We are very close, almost like sisters! I couldn't have asked for someone better in my life than her. I've come back here from time to time, but I've realized that a lot of the profiles are dead profiles because no one logs in anymore. Which is why I'm going to delete my account. One life-long friend I've made here, and she is the best thing that has happened to me on here since I joined. I joined on here during a really rough patch in life, was not expecting anything to come of it. But we had both been on here at the right time, we were brought together for a reason. I couldn't have imagined that I'd meet someone who is exactly the same as me, but so drastically different from me. I couldn't imagine my life without my best friend/sister in it.

I joined this site awhile ago and it took a little while but i actually met someone from this site and she and I are great friends and I am glad that i met her she and i talk daily! I also talk to others on this site too. It is a great way to connect with other women and nice to know that we are not alone out there and it is worth giving it a try! 

I've been on the site for over 5 years, I met a couple nice ladies in Oregon where I first joined, but then I moved overseas and there weren't any english-speaking users near me there. Now I'm back on the east coast and really hoping I find my next best friend on here. 

Girlfriend Social is a fantastic way to make some new friends from and around your area. After a few month I saw my circle growing and I gained fabulous new friends i don’t want to miss.  

I've been using GFS for about a year now, and I absolutely love it! I have made a few friends from this website and I am so happy to have them a part of my life! 

I think the new GFS site is looking good. I look forward to making lots more friends with the improved match system.
